Shipping Times
All shipping time frames are measured in business days (Monday to Friday). Australia Post and couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Transit times depend on your location relative to our dispatch facility. The most accurate delivery estimates are provided via tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We recommend using it on the Australia Post tracking page and opting into email updates for real-time notifications.
Order Processing Times
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Orders placed before 10:00 AM (AEST) Monday–Friday are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM may be processed the following business day.
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, public holidays, or natural disasters), additional handling time may apply.

Queensland (Business Days)
- Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast: 1–2 days
- Brisbane to regional Queensland: Up to 4 days
- Other country locations: Up to 5 days
Other States (Business Days)
- Sydney: 2–3 days
- Melbourne: 3–4 days
- Other capital cities: 5–6 days
- Remote or rural interstate locations: Use tracking for the most accurate estimate

Shipping Restrictions — Western Australia
Due to current WA State legislation, Fox Bullets Australia is prohibited from shipping ammunition, projectiles, primers, powder, and related reloading components directly to private individuals in Western Australia.
Under Section 19(1)(c) of the Firearms Regulations 1974 (WA), such items must only be consigned using carriers approved by the Western Australia Police (WA Police Licensing Services).
As a result, we do not ship any regulated products to consumers in WA.

WA Dealers — Shipping Permitted
We can ship regulated goods to licensed firearms dealers in Western Australia using WA Police-approved carriers.
If you are a licensed dealer in WA and wish to place an order, please ensure your details are current and your delivery address matches your registered business premises. We will arrange shipping via a compliant commercial carrier listed on the WA Police Approved Carriers page.
Delivery Terms
By placing an order with Fox Bullets.com.au you authorise our chosen carrier (e.g. Australia Post or a third-party courier) to act as your delivery agent. Once delivery is confirmed by tracking data and/or signed receipt (with first initial and surname), we consider the item delivered.
We are not liable for losses due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted during checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to most addresses within Australia, except as restricted above. We can ship to street addresses and PO Boxes via Australia Post. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Some remote regions may not be serviceable or may require additional transit time.
Delivery Methods
FoxBullets.com.au primarily uses Courier or Australia Post eParcel for deliveries, with tracking and reliable transit times. For some products, we may use a courier service—in those cases, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Note: Courier services require a physical street address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on parcel size, weight, destination, and any applicable fuel or security surcharges. Charges are shown before payment and may change without notice due to carrier rate adjustments.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Export of these items requires prior approval from regulating authorities. For now, these products are only available for delivery within Australia.
Third-Party & Drop Shipping
Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers or secondary warehouses. This may result in multiple parcels for a single order. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
